Our Commitment
At Swelegance Swag, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused and unaltered. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. The item must not have been installed, colored, cut, or chemically processed. You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: hair that has been installed, colored, bleached, cut, or chemically processed; clearance and sale items marked as final sale; opened or used accessories (lashes, glue, styling tools); gift cards; and custom or special-order items.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@sweleganceswag.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return, and photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective.
Our team will respond within 48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Swelegance Swag is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges for a different length, texture, or product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns — email us with your order number and the exchange you'd like.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Late Returns
Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
