Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Domestic (United States)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Free shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

International

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@sweleganceswag.com.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: custom-colored or cut wigs and extensions, clearance and sale items, accessories that have been opened or used (glue, lashes), and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@sweleganceswag.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We offer one-time exchanges for a different length or texture, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. If the exchange item differs in price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
